Shift Details: 4 days per week, 7:30am-5pm. No weekends or holidays

This position focuses on health care for individuals, families, groups, communities and populations which occurs in primary and specialty care outpatient clinics. Addresses in partnership and collaboration with other health care professionals the patient s wellness, acute illness, chronic disease, disability, and end
-of-life needs. Responsible for patient advocacy, coordination of nursing and other health services, implementation of nursing services and continuity of care. Provides patient education when needed.

A minimum of 1 year of medical/surgical nursing is preferred.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.

Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills Is Required.

Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required.

Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $27.75- $43.01. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
