Shift Details: Between the hours of 8a-5p M-F. May include coverage at both Manitowoc and Sheboygan sites
Job SummaryJoin a busy practice with one ENT provider and 2 Audiologists. The RN is primarily responsible for triage and surgical patient education in the clinic. This position focuses on health care for individuals, families, groups, communities and populations which occurs in primary and specialty care outpatient clinics. Addresses in partnership and collaboration with other health care professionals the patient's wellness, acute illness, chronic disease, disability, and end‑of‑life needs.
Responsible for patient advocacy, coordination of nursing and other health services, implementation of nursing services and continuity of care. Provides patient education when needed.
A minimum of 1 year of medical/surgical nursing is preferred.
EducationGraduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
Special SkillsExcellent Communication And Organizational Skills Is Required.
LicensureRequires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi‑state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required.
