Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Lab Technician located in Manitowoc, WI. The Lab Technician will be responsible for operating laboratory equipment, conducting quality control tests, performing analyses to ensure product quality, and maintaining accurate records of laboratory procedures and results. The candidate will collaborate with the production team to meet safety and quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Attention to detail and adherence to protocols are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment and performing related laboratory tasks.
  • Experience in quality control and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for laboratory testing and data interpretation.
  • Knowledge and experience in laboratory techniques and procedures.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and record‑keeping abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Must be able to read at a 12th grade level and write to understand safety procedures, work instructions, labels and quality documentation.
