Are you a skilled maintenance professional ready to make a real impact? Jagemann Stamping is seeking experienced Maintenance Mechanics for First & Second shift to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this critical role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring peak equipment performance and minimizing costly downtime through expert troubleshooting and proactive maintenance.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using advanced testing equipment (dial indicators, bore gauges, hardness testers, multi-meters, meggers, and more)
• Repair and maintain production equipment by adjusting, repairing, or replacing components
• Design and fabricate custom components for equipment repairs, modifications, and improvement projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on troubleshooting and strategic planning initiatives
• Interpret complex schematics including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process diagrams
• Execute preventative maintenance programs according to scheduled protocols
• Maintain strict adherence to Environmental Health & Safety procedures

This position demands a self-motivated, self-directed professional with strong diagnostic abilities and hands-on repair expertise specific to industrial manufacturing environments.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Proven ability to work independently and solve complex equipment problems

• Specialized vocational training in mechanics, welding, machine repair, or related fields
• Additional electrical systems experience
• Experience with manufacturing equipment troubleshooting
