Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Understand the operation, methods, and all techniques used in the manufacture of chemical products
• Sanitize and assist in preparations for product making
• Blend batches with assistance as needed
• Able to identify the correct raw materials for batches
• Pass forklift certification
• Wear provided safety equipment, i.e., dust mask, respirators, gloves, etc., when handling raw materials in areas subject to odors, fumes and high temperatures
• Follow established safety procedures and exercise good safety practices to prevent accidents to self, others and facilities
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly fashion
• Communicate promptly and openly to Compounding Leads all operational and personnel problems
• Execute special assignments as directed by the Compounding Leads
• Handle all chemicals in accordance with State and local regulations
• Maintain surveillance of your limited access area in the facility to be sure only authorized individuals enter the area
• Perform other duties as required and requested by Compounding Leads
• Able to read and understand SDS
• Can perform aseptic sampling of raw materials, intermediates, and bulks
• Utilize a computer for data entry including batch information, downtime tracking, and tank status
• Maintain accurate inventory by using scanner to document consumption of raw materials and components used during manufacturing

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic math skills
• Able to read, write and speak English
• Ability to perform various physical demands such as stand, walk, kneel, crawl, crouch throughout shift
• Ability to lift to 50lb as needed and team lift to 100lb as needed
• Ability to lift above shoulders up to 25lb as needed
• Ability to lift to waist level up to 50lb as needed
• Ability to use basic hand tools
