At KI we seek a motivated leader to guide and support our dynamic Powder Coater/Painter team in Manitowoc, WI.

Lead Powder Coater/Painter – 4‑day workweek (Mon‑Thu 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM). Competitive base wages at $21.50/hour plus $2.00/hour shift premium.

• Oversee automatic paint booth operation for efficiency and precision.
• Mentor team members, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Maintain high‑quality powder coat application and efficient color changes.
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with departments to maintain production flow and meet deadlines.

• Previous leadership experience required.
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail, innovation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication to guide and motivate the team.
• Safety and quality champion in production.

• Competitive base wages $21.50/hour + $2.00/hour shift premium.
