Schedule:
Minimum of 1 weekend per month in acute care.

Job Summary

Evaluates and treats all referred Physical Therapy patients according to physician orders. Home Care:
Performs and supervises physical therapy programs in the homes of HFM Home Health Care clients.

Requirements/Preferences

Degree in Physical Therapy required. Wisconsin licensed Physical Therapist or eligible required. If eligible, must obtain Wisconsin license within 3 months of hire. At least one year experience in a medical setting preferred. Good communication skills required. CPR certification is required.
