Salary Range: $56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Manistee that are seeking skilled Industrial Electricians. Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical power, control, and lighting systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Adhere strictly to all electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Calibrate and adjust electrical components and instrumentation.
• Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and motor control centers.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems (PLCs, motor controls, VFDs).
• Strong understanding and adherence to NFPA 70E, OSHA regulations, and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Proven experience with preventative and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced PLC programming and troubleshooting experience (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell)
• Experience with industrial robotics maintenance and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with instrumentation and process control systems (e.g., calibration, loop tuning)
• Certified in Arc Flash safety procedures or high-voltage electrical work
