We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Full Stack Engineer to join our cross-functional Agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable end-to-end applications, developing responsive user interfaces with React, backend services in Python, and real-time data pipelines using Kafka. The role requires strong system design skills and close collaboration across frontend, backend, and platform teams.

You will collaborate closely with backend and frontend engineers, product managers, and analysts to create analytics-ready data models that power application features, reporting, and strategic insights. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who values clean data design, modern tooling, and working at the intersection of engineering and business.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

· +5 Years React (hooks, component lifecycle, state management)
· +5 Years Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)

· Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
· +5 Years building RESTful APIs

· Proficiency with SQL and relational databases

· Familiarity with Git-based version control workflows.

· Event-driven and microservices architectures

· Asynchronous processing and messaging patterns

· API design and versioning

· Performance tuning and scalability

· Experience with Type Script

· Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

· Cloud experience (AWS)

· Experience with schema registries and stream processing (Kafka Streams)

· Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana)

· Exposure to security best practices (OAuth, JWT)

· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across engineering and business teams.

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing work using Jira.

Education & Experience

· Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

· A strong sense of ownership, documentation habits, and attention to data quality and performance.
