Wang Community Health Center (CBWCHC) is a mission driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to addressing disparities in access to quality healthcare, with a particular focus on underserved communities throughout New York City. With six locations, over 600 staff, and an $80 million annual budget, CBWCHC provides comprehensive primary care and enabling services to ~70,000 patients annually, regardless of language, culture, or ability to pay.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day accounting functions of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and cash flow management

* Direct and supervise the preparation of all financial reports - including monthly annual, and budgeted financial statements

* Direct and supervise the preparation of all financial reports for grant/contract requirements

* Prepare annual NYS Medicaid, AHCF, Medicare cost report, Managed Care Visit and Revenue (MCVR), Form 5500, Form 990/CHAR
500

* Support the CFO in the development of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts

* Monitor actual results against budget and provide variance analysis

* Coordinate external auditors, and serve as the primary liaison with them

* Supervise and mentor personnel within the Finance Department

* Assume additional managerial duties as appropriate to the position

* Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance; M.B.A. or C.P.A./C.M.A. preferred

* 10 years of experience in FQHC/health care fiscal management or applicable experience

Compensation and Benefits:

* Salary: $135,000 - $155,000 per year
