Window Fabricator​/Glazier

Position: Window Fabricator / Glazier
Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm (Saturdays as needed)

Duties and

Responsibilities include:

* Read job specification to determine material requirements

* Pull material required to complete orders

* Prep parts for assembly utilizing hand tools, punch presses, and mills

* Fabricate and assemble components to build window units

* Prepare units, install glass (glazing) and hardware according to drawing specifications

* Conduct quality inspections

* Assist other fabricators / glaziers with any other necessary tasks to adhere to deadlines and completion of product

* Position requires working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift

Qualifications (Required):

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Ability to read a tape measure and complete basic numerical calculations

* Operate small hand tools, chop saw, punch press, overhead crane, etc.

* Maintain high level of accuracy in all aspects of work assignments

* Basic mechanical aptitude

Qualifications (Preferred):

* Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment

Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday hours. Pay is dependent on skills & experience. Health and dental insurance available along with vision, life insurance, and 401k. Holidays and vacation pay is also available.
