General Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
• Paint and Power wash store lots as needed
• Maintains and repairs the facility’s building structures and systems as needed
• Provide grounds keeping services, such as landscaping or snow removal. May include picking up trash, sweeping curb and dumpster areas and maintaining grounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.
• Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety.
• Must be reliable, dependable and trustworthy.
• Must be detail oriented, have the ability to pay attention to the small details of a project or task.
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
