Make a Difference as a Housekeeper at Meadowlark

Join our team at Meadowlark, a local non‑profit organization dedicated to enhancing senior lifestyles. As a full‑time Housekeeper, you'll play a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail in resident rooms, common areas, and/or facility spaces.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing exceptional service.
• Build positive relationships with residents through friendly and professional interactions.

Full‑time position with the following schedule:

• Tuesday-Thursday 7:00 AM-2:30 PM
• Monday, Friday, every other Saturday and Sunday: 7 AM-3:00 PM
• 72 total hours every 2 weeks
• Staff are sometimes asked to switch schedules to cover for co‑workers or asked to work OT.

• Physical capability to perform duties involving frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

• Perform a variety of cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces according to established procedures.
• Ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and properly handle cleaning chemicals.
• Promote a team‑oriented environment through effective communication and collaboration with colleagues.
