This position will assist with the enablement and adoption of Co-Pilot and AI-driven analytics tools, contribute to the development of interactive analytics features such as writeback and user-defined functions, and support the evaluation of new and preview analytics capabilities. The role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and practical application of analytics tools to help business teams access and use data effectively.
The ideal candidate is technically curious, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow their analytics skillset while contributing to meaningful, real-world business solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Facilitate the configuration, training, and ongoing improvement of Co-Pilot within our analytics environment
- Assist with user enablement by helping develop training, example prompts, and basic use cases for Co-Pilot/ AI tools
- Build and maintain analytics solutions under guidance, including reports, dashboards, and interactive features
- Assist in the development and maintenance of user-defined functions (UDFs) and writeback workflows as directed
- Apply data visualization best practices to reports and dashboards to ensure clarity and usability
- Help maintain documentation, metadata definitions, and data catalogs to support data literacy and transparency
- Facilitate Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE) activities, including knowledge sharing and enablement sessions
- Gather and document requirements and support communication between stakeholders and technical teams
- 0 to 10% travel as required
- Ability to work in office environment
- May require evening and/or weekend work
- 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related technical role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including basic DAX and report development
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric concepts (Lakehouse, Semantic Models) or strong willingness to learn
- Exposure to AI-assisted tools (e.g., Co-Pilot or similar productivity/analytics tools)
- Basic experience with SQL and/or Python, or demonstrated aptitude to learn
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Qlikview, Tableau, Power BI) for creating interactive dashboards and reports
- Experience leading training or analytics enablement programs
