Correction/Detention Specialist
Job Overview:
As a Corrections/Detention Specialist, you'll be mainly responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in a military correctional facility or detention facility. Additionally, you'll offer counseling and guidance to individual prisoners within a rehabilitative program.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizen
- 17 to 34 Years Old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Meet Tattoo Guidelines
- No Major Law Violations
- No Medical Concerns
Testing & Certifications
- 26 Nationally Recognized Certifications Available
- 10 weeks of Basic Training
- 7 weeks of Advanced Individual Training
- 91 ASVAB Score:
Skilled Technical (ST)
