Deliver the Landmark National Bank commitment to be champions and catalysts for our communities by verifying the loan onboarding with the Core System (Fiserv) and managing the trailing document follow up and review. Work in an environment where individuals are trusted to work independently and as part of a productive, successful team.

• Verify all documents are in file and correct before uploading to investors.
• Upload documents to the investors.
• Send original notes to the investors.
• Handle all deficiencies from the investors (send to whomever needs to make corrections, underwriter, closer or processor) to ensure the file gets funded in a timely manner.
• Retrieve loan documents (RD, FHA, and VA loans) through their websites.
• Handle post‑closing audits from MI companies and investors.
• Handle assignments in and out of the MERS system, track escrow holdbacks, and track completed files.
• Manage own professional improvement through use of the quarterly job progress plan.
• Engage in Landmark National Bank culture initiatives and team success activities, huddles, and celebration events.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
• Serve as backup to pre/post closer positions.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
