What you’ll be doing- Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year

Compensation

- Compensation includes discretionary and variable elements, with potential bonuses based on branch and firm profitability and individual performance; salary ranges are shown as hiring minimum and maximum with opportunities for merit-based increases

Role Requirements
- Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
- Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Includes account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently under the direction of the financial advisor. Handle scheduling, meeting preparation, correspondence, marketing support, and SOP updates; help execute the branch business plan.
- Technology: Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm-provided software.
