SMH is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to join our Manhattan, KS team. With over 35 years of civil engineering and land surveying expertise, we are a trusted partner in shaping communities through innovative land development and infrastructure solutions.
What Youll Do :- Manage and design projects related to land development, transportation infrastructure, utility systems, and stormwater solutions.
- Analyze and interpret topographic and boundary survey data to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with survey crews and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate directly with clients to assess project needs, provide updates, and deliver high-quality results.
- Prepare plans, reports, and specifications that meet regulatory and client expectations.
We’re seeking motivated individuals who are eager to lead, solve problems, and build strong relationships.
- 5-10 years of engineering experience; water/wastewater experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other Autodesk design tools.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without a visa sponsorship.
- Valid driver's license.
