SMH invites you to join our dynamic team as CAD Technician in our Manhattan, KS office. With 35 years of civil engineering and land surveying expertise, SMH is a community of innovative problem solvers shaping the future of land development and infrastructure.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with engineering project managers to assist in developing engineering designs for streets, drainage, sanitary sewer, and water infrastructure projects.
- Process survey data from the field to create detailed topographic surveys and draft layouts for infrastructure projects.
- Provide detailed plats, right of way strip maps, and plot plans.
- Motivated individuals who are eager to grow and make a difference.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and have a valid driver's license.
- Educational or professional experience with computer-aided drafting and engineering designs.
- Familiarity with Autodesk products, particularly Civil 3D.
