As the full-time Selling Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's go-to person in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into high-performing sellers who consistently provide an unforgettable guest experience. Through your leadership, your team nails their sales goals, upholds merchandising brand standards and delivers operational excellence.

• You have a passion for driving sales:
  As a key Leader on Duty (LOD), you drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience. You analyze reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions. You are the Store Team Leader's right hand in developing short and long-term business plans to drive key KPIs.
• People leadership:
  You motivate and inspire your team through our core values. You model leadership and hold your team accountable to our customer service standards on the salesfloor and in the fitting room.
• Talent and training:
  You recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs. You train and develop your team to continue delivering outstanding service.
• Team development and feedback:
  You provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching. You conduct team touch bases, development plans, and performance reviews to drive associate engagement and celebrate outstanding performance.
• Operational execution:
  You execute and innovate daily operational procedures, maintain visual standards throughout the store, and ensure the fitting rooms are guest-ready and aligned with brand standards.
• Integrity and safety:
  You maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection standards, follow company policies and procedures, and do the right thing always.

• You can multi-task with strong attention to detail; you excel at priority-setting and time management.
• You know how to lead and develop teams and have a general understanding of employment law.

• Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant experience and location.
