Overview
We are hiring a full-time, in-person Associate Attorney for the Manhattan Beach office. The role requires handling a full caseload of personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial.
Core Responsibilities- Managing personal injury cases and developing case strategies.
- Drafting and arguing motions, such as for summary judgment.
- Conducting and defending depositions.
- Representing clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Collaborating with support staff and maintaining client communication.
- Experience:
At least two years of litigation experience in personal injury or a related civil litigation field. - Licensing:
Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. - Language:
Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required. - Work Style:
Must be able to commute to and work in person at the office in Manhattan Beach. - Personal
Skills:
Must have close attention to detail, be organized, possess strong communication skills, and be a team player with an outgoing personality.
The salary for this position is between $90,000 and $110,000 per year, plus performance-based benefits. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
