Your role will ensure that major program development is planned and integrated across product lines.

You will ensure that technical product strategies are developed and maintained using sound business and technology management practices and that they support business transformation by enabling new capabilities. This position may lead a small matrixed team of our customer employees, System Integrators, operational service providers, and consultants to implement large‑scale technologies that align with corporate business capabilities. You will participate in budget allocation, operational planning, and GRC testimony support.

Typical scope of work focuses on very large ($100M+ annual scope) enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives and will have responsibility for all stages of the system development life cycle, including analysis, estimation, design, evaluation, demonstration, construction, testing, implementation, and post‑implementation support for product lines. You will need to be able to flex between Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid execution methods based on the needs of the initiative.

During project execution, you will be accountable for cost plans, invoices, unit estimates, and work orders. For Agile projects, you will employ Agile metrics (Eg: velocity, burn rates) to evaluate team performance and ensure the customer receives the appropriate level of value for the fixed monthly capacity cost.

• Manage end‑to‑end system development life cycle for enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives (analysis, estimation, design, evaluation, demonstration, construction, testing, implementation, post‑implementation support).

• Lead small matrixed teams including client employees, system integrators, and consultants.

• Develop and maintain technical product strategies that support business transformation.

• Participate in budget allocation, operational planning, and GRC testimony.

• Apply Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid execution based on initiative needs and use Agile metrics to evaluate team performance.

This position’s work mode is hybrid. Requires up to 10% traveling and being out in the field throughout the SCE service territory.
