Are you compassionate, outgoing, and ready to make a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our diverse and dynamic team in various locations across LA and Orange Counties
!

  Part-time and full-time positions available.
• Weekend Availability:
  Must work at least one weekend, but enjoy the flexibility of a rotating schedule.
• Energetic, Team-Oriented Environment:
  Work alongside passionate professionals in a supportive, collaborative atmosphere.

• Make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD).
• Play a key role as a mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate.
• Support clients in areas such as community access, personal care, medical appointments, peer interactions, recreational activities.

• Good judgment & problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• A passion for helping others and the willingness to learn and grow within the role.

• Be 21+ years old.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License.
• Must pass a background check.
• Previous experience in human services is a plus.
• If you know American Sign Language, let us know! We have special opportunities for those with ASL knowledge.

• Competitive Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour.
