Job OverviewAs a Medical Assistant at N2 Aesthetics, you will work closely with our providers, support advanced educational seminars, assist with new clinical trials, uphold a seamless clinical flow, and help deliver a luxury patient experience. This role offers exceptional exposure to high‑level clinical practice and will strengthen your foundation for future graduate medical programs.
Responsibilities Clinical Support- Assist providers during injectable, laser, ultrasound, IV therapy, and skincare treatments
- Support live trainings, seminars, and educational demonstrations
- Prepare treatment rooms prior to each appointment, maintaining N2’s premium clinical standards
- Greet patients, complete intake, obtain consents, and prepare them for their visit
- Serve as a medical scribe: document assessments, treatment details, and provider notes in the EMR
- Assist with inventory management including restocking, organizing, and ordering supplies
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, luxury clinic environment
- Support operations and front desk teams as needed to enhance the overall patient experience
- Help train incoming medical assistants to ensure consistency and excellence
- Support and assist with clinical trials, including preparation, documentation, and organization
- Highly detail‑oriented and organized
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast‑paced clinical setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Warm, polished, and professional interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
- Reliable, responsive, proactive, and eager to learn
- Undergraduate degree completed or in progress
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and openness to feedback
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – REQUIRED

Preferred (Not Required)- EMR experience: 1 year
- Previous experience in a medical or aesthetic practice
