This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager at our Islamabad location. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing operational workflows, supervising and guiding team members, developing and implementing strategies to improve processes, and collaborating across departments to achieve organizational goals. The role also requires maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations while ensuring quality standards are met.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and team-management skills
• Knowledge of operations strategy, workflow optimization, and process improvement
• Experience with project planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in business operations tools and technologies; familiarity with AI and tech fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or a related managerial role
• Ability to work collaboratively and achieve results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
