Base pay will be determined by the applicant’s skills and experience. Role is eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
Veterans, transitioning active‑duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers partial funding for naturalization application fees for qualified associates who have been with us for at least one year.

Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence while treating each senior with respect and dignity.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care needs.
- Help residents maintain a clean living environment by vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Complete required training/certification in accordance with state regulation.
