Senior Finance Manager FP&A

Fat Tuesday is hiring a Senior Manager, Finance (FP&A) to join our corporate team.

Fat Tuesday is one of the most recognized frozen cocktail brands in the U.S., with high-volume entertainment and hospitality venues across the country. As we continue to grow, our finance team plays a key role in helping leadership make smart, strategic decisions.

We’re looking for a sharp, collaborative finance leader who can own forecasting, financial analysis, and executive reporting while acting as a strategic partner to leadership across the company.

This role reports directly to the CEO and will have strong visibility with executives, investors, and operational leaders.

• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting
• Drive the annual budgeting process and reforecasts
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to leadership
• Partner with Operations on unit-level performance and forecasting

• Prepare financial reporting packages for investors and lenders
• Manage lender reporting and covenant tracking
• Handle ad hoc financial requests from capital partners
• Maintain and improve cash flow forecasting models
• Monitor working capital trends and identify liquidity risks
• Partner with Accounting on treasury and cash visibility

• Prepare board materials and executive financial presentations

• Support modeling and tracking of bonus and incentive plans
• Partner with HR and leadership on performance-based programs

• Improve FP&A processes, models, and reporting infrastructure
• Maintain forecasting models, KPI dashboards, and scenario planning tools
• Collaborate across Accounting, Operations, and HR

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
• 6–10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
• Experience with investor or lender reporting required
• Hospitality, food & beverage, franchise, or private equity backed company experience strongly preferred

• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
• Experience building board-level financial presentations
• Deep understanding of cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Toast POS, inventory systems, or Sage Intacct is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial insights to non-finance teams
• Highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment
