Stone Creek Club & Spa is seeking a dynamic, service‑driven Front Desk Supervisor to lead our Front Desk team and ensure every member and guest experiences the warm, welcoming hospitality we are known for.

As the first and last impression of the club, the Front Desk Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in daily operations, team development, staffing management, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

Position Overview

The Front Desk Supervisor oversees all front desk operations while leading, training, and supporting staff. This individual is responsible for ensuring proper desk coverage at all times and maintaining a well‑staffed, efficient operation.

This role requires strong communication skills, organizational skills, leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. The position includes working some evenings and weekends to support business needs and ensure consistent leadership presence.

Front Desk Operations
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette
  • Greet members and guests warmly and assist them throughout their visit
  • Register guests and respond to member inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and assist with administrative tasks
  • Perform daily Front Desk duties and complete checklist tasks
  • Ensure all systems and procedures are followed for smooth daily operations
  • Assist with ordering and maintaining inventory
  • Maintain and update the Front Desk Training Manual weekly
  • Assist the Membership Department when needed
  • Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned
  • Responsible for staffing the Front Desk and ensuring proper schedule coverage at all times
  • Create and manage monthly staff schedules
  • Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules as needed to support business demands
  • Assist with staff hiring and onboarding
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing development
  • Supervise and lead Front Desk team members
  • Communicate daily updates regarding operations, policies, and procedures
  • Keep staff informed and trained on CA software and VFP systems
Community & Outreach
  • Represent Stone Creek Club & Spa at outside outreach events
  • Promote club services and uphold the Stone Creek brand standards
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Strong clerical and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi‑task and problem solve effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Previous supervisory or front desk experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be available to work some evenings and weekends
  • Flexible schedule based on operational needs
