CNA - Sunset

Position: CNA - Sunset - FT Days
Sanford Health - Up to $25.50/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, obtaining and recording vital signs;
Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct transfer techniques and equipment;
Assist with meals and dining, provide water and supplements, and create a positive dining experience;
Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse
