Overview
We are hiring a Day Shift RN Manager to oversee clinical staff and ensure high-quality resident care in a senior living community.
Compensation & BenefitsEarn a $5,000 sign-on bonus with a salary range of $66,500 - $80,000/year.
Benefits include paid time off from day one, health, vision, dental, HSA, 401(k) with employer contributions, and no scheduled weekends.
Receive clinical call support from experienced solutions.
Responsibilities- Supervise and train clinical staff, providing clinical oversight of care plans.
- Ensure care delivery meets standards.
- Assess residents and assist in hiring staff.
- Follow HIPAA and company policies.
- Current RN license, with experience supervising staff preferred.
- Geriatrics, dementia, or assisted living experience is a plus.
- Passion for helping others and eagerness to grow professionally.
