Disassembles damaged vehicles and identifies additional related damage not written on estimate. Assembles vehicles restoring them to pre-accident condition in accordance to industry and factory specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Examines damaged vehicles and plans tear down process
- Disassembles damaged vehicle and identifies additional repairs needed and reports to estimator immediately
- Assist structural technicians as needed
- Assembles damaged vehicle to manufacturer specifications and verifies repair
- Communicates with production manager on status updates and monitors cycle times
- Follow all job related safety and health procedures
- Perform other job related duties as directed by supervisors
