|  |Join our team in Bowman! Farm Credit Services of Mandan is looking for a full-time Loan Officer in our Bowman, ND branch. The position is responsible for marketing and providing all credit and related services to new and existing customers.
** Indicators of Success

2. Excellent problem solving, analytical, and strategic selling skills
3. Current knowledge of farm / ranch production methods
4. Time management skills
** Major/Essential Responsibilities
*** Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and new customers, understanding their needs and financial situations
* Expertly market credit and related services
* Analyze loan applications, evaluate creditworthiness, and determine loan terms
* Manage loan servicing tasks and ensure compliance with company lending policies
* Represent and promote Farm Credit Services of Mandan within the community
* Maintain a strong understanding of finance, macroeconomics, current business practices, technology, and the products and services offered
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or agriculture preferred; two-year post-secondary degree accepted
* Three years of related experience preferred
* Knowledge of current agriculture production practices
* Previous loan officer or business-relationship manager experience is desired
