School year; 186 contract days, 100% FTE

Location: Mandan Middle School

Salary: Starting $55,550 for Bachelors degree; starting $57,072 for Master's degree. Full benefit package included.

Position Summary:

• Mandan Public Schools is currently accepting applications for a Health Instructor for the  school year. The instructor will teach 6th Grade Health and work collaboratively with middle school teams.

• Meets and instructs assigned classes in the locations and at the times designated.
• Guides the learning process toward the achievement of learner outcomes specified in the Mandan Public Schools curriculum guides.
• Establishes and communicates to students clear objectives for all lessons and projects.
• Assesses the accomplishments of students on a regular basis, and provides progress reports to parents as needed.
• Performs other professional job-related duties assigned bt the principal.

Qualifications:

• Must hold appropriate license from the ND Education Standards and Practices Board.
