Pertemps have excellent opportunities for Class 1 HGV Drivers to work at East Midlands Airport. As a Class 1 Driver you will support the company's trunking operation across the UK. This opportunity will provide drivers with regular ongoing work once you have completed the vetting process providing you a pass to drive at UK airports.

• A valid HGV Class 1 driving license
• In‑date Tacho and CPC cards
• No more than 6 points (No TT, IN, DD or DR codes)
• Held your Class 1 license for a minimum of 6 months due to insurance purposes

• You will know your work rota a week prior so you can plan social activities in advance
• You will work 4 or 5 days each week depending on your shift pattern, including one night out each week
• Most shift start times will start in the PM, but drivers need to be flexible to ensure the operation runs smoothly

• Monday to Friday (apply online only) £19.00 per hour
• Monday to Friday (apply online only) £21.71 per hour
• Saturday (apply online only) £20.18 per hour
• Saturday (apply online only) £22.89 per hour
• Sunday (apply online only) £21.20 per hour
• Sunday 1900 to 0800 £ 23.91 per hour
• Overtime weekly after 40 hours is £28.50 per hour

Please note that drivers will need to have a 5‑year work history vetted and successfully pass a DBS and CO course. This process takes between 10 to 15 days to complete.
