We are looking for an experienced Carrier Manager with 5+ years of carrier management experience to drive performance across our global courier network. Your primary focus will be ensuring that Ingenuity’s client shipments are delivered to customers within agreed time frames, identifying and fixing any issues to continually optimise carrier performance.

Central Functions are formed of the teams that serve the entire business, ensuring everyone is paid on time, materials are sourced and delivered promptly, and regulatory and safety obligations are met.

Operational Excellence delivers world‑class operations transformation across the nutrition division and the wider group, identifying and implementing efficiencies to enable global growth.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that logistics transport and delivery solutions meet business targets by driving strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and execute ongoing optimisations to carrier performance.
  • Setup, manage and maintain Ingenuity delivery rules across all solutions – E2E, standalone fulfilment and THG Delivered.
  • Collaborate with the Tech team to develop Ingenuity Delivered, our proprietary carrier‑management platform.
  • Account‑manage Ingenuity Delivered clients as they are onboarded.
  • Continuously ensure that Ingenuity’s customers experience the best possible service from partner carriers.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation, political situations and other factors that could affect freight movement.
Requirements
  • Experience in the Transport and Delivery side of logistics, with a strong understanding of e‑commerce.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders.
  • Clear communication to avoid misunderstandings that could cause issues.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Good geographical knowledge.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Problem‑solving ability, especially under pressure.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
