As a key member of the leadership team, reporting to the Chief Network Officer, you will work closely with operational colleagues and partners to ensure the effective running of bus services across Greater Manchester. You will shape the vision for bus services within our Bee Network, increasing connectivity across other transport modes and services, including walking and cycling, rail, tram and highways teams.

Strong performance‑management skills and the ability to work across a wide range of partners, instilling a continuous‑improvement culture and ensuring financial sustainability, are essential.

Bus experience is not essential. We are seeking someone who understands passenger transport and has an absolute focus on delivering a modern, passenger‑centred bus service that unlocks the power of our city region.
