• Manage the full cradle-to-grave shipment cycle for imports, exports, and cross-trade.
• Handle quotations, bookings, pre-alerts, customs clearance, delivery, billing, and costing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular visits and check‑in calls.
• Ensure all company SOPs and compliance standards are adhered to.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and overseas agents to secure competitive rates and efficient solutions.
• Monitor customer activity, identify new opportunities.
• Accurately cost and invoice files, maintaining KPI service standards.
