Trafford Leisure is looking for a passionate Swimming Teacher (Swim England Level
2) to join the team.

Salary: £16 per hour

Hours:

• Tuesday: 4:00pm–7:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am–1:00pm

To be successful in this role you must have a Level 2 qualification with Swim England
.

In this role of Swimming Teacher
, you will be responsible for:

• Leading structured swimming lessons for children and adults.
• Delivering assessments in line with the Swim England Learn to Swim framework.
• Coordinate awards and swimmer progress tracking.
• Communicating with parents, guardians, and colleagues to support swimmer development.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming teaching environment.
• Managing basic admin tasks such as lesson scheduling and progress records.
