Up to £27,744.59 per annum depending on experience plus sales commission | 40 hours per week

As a Duty Manager at our gym you’ll bring demonstrable sales experience and the ability to quickly get to grips with our business. You’re enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. You have a ‘can do’ attitude and share our passion for excellent customer service.

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club, including opening and closing the club when on shift.
• Prioritise member satisfaction, engage with members, foster happiness and build strong relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides.
• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering lifeguard breaks.
