However, we also value  old school  grit. We need a hands-on leader who can:

• Take Ownership

  You'll have the autonomy to shape our QA culture, standards, and strategy from the ground up.
• Be the Gatekeeper
  :
  You aren't afraid to  put your foot down  if a product isn't ready for primetime, acting as the final point of accountability for release readiness.
• Master the Fundamentals
  :
  From deep-dive regression testing to leading complex UAT implementations with external clients, you ensure our move-fast culture doesn't break things.
• Build the Team
  :
  You will hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing QA team while remaining comfortably  in the trenches  with manual and exploratory testing.

We've cleared the path with a modern, serverless stack designed for speed:
Node.js, Type Script, Svelte Kit, and GCP.

• Automation
  :
  You'll master and evolve our Playwright frameworks for front-end testing.
• APIs
  :
  You'll use tools like Postman to ensure our core platforms meet high-quality standards.
• The Future
  :
  You'll get hands-on with Playwright MCP and Agents, with other cutting-edge tools as we ship real-world features into production.

We have an office in Manchester City Centre, and while we aren't a  mandatory X days in the office  company, we believe in the power of getting together. We're looking for people who are excited to head into Manchester when needed to whiteboard, collaborate on ideas, and build rapport in person.

  You'll have a direct seat at the table to influence the technical direction of our testing practices and the growth of the Orlando office.

  Work closely with world-class engineering leadership (ex-Google/Deep Mind) in a rapidly evolving, product-led environment.

  You won't be wrestling with decade-old bugs; you'll be building new frameworks for a platform with zero baggage.

• 4+ years of experience in QA/Software testing with a background in Senior, Lead, or Managerial roles.
• Proficiency in Playwright for automated testing and Postman for APIs.
• AI-Native Mindset
  :
  You already use AI tools to help your workflow or have experience testing AI products.
• UAT Expertise
  :
  Proven track record of owning testing end-to-end and coordinating with external clients.
• Hybrid Leadership
  :
  You know when to automate, when to dig in by hand, and how to scale a team without losing quality.
