As an AI Engineer
, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions that leverage cutting‑edge technologies to transform business processes. This role involves designing and implementing AI workflows, optimizing models, and integrating intelligent systems into enterprise environments. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑performance AI solutions that create meaningful impact.

• Design and implement AI workflows and models for performance and scalability.
• Build solutions using Lang Chain for agent‑based and RAG systems.
• Optimize and scale AI/ML models for efficiency.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve AI outputs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Communicate technical insights and findings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on AI/ML advancements and best practices.

• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks like Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and scikit‑learn.
• Hands‑on experience with AI concepts such as Vertex AI, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, and Cloud Vision.
• Strong programming skills in Python (and optionally R or Java).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.
• Proven experience in AI/ML projects.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with Lang Chain and RAG systems.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques.
• Exposure to multi‑agent orchestration frameworks.
• Understanding of ethical AI principles and responsible AI practices.
