Join an agile‑first engineering group working on advanced data and infrastructure solutions. As a Senior Software Engineer you will lead the development of complex features, drive architectural decisions, and mentor the team.

• Own the solution:
  Lead design and delivery of large, complex features from whiteboard through production, often with minimal guidance.
• Be an SME Champion:
  Guide technical debates, resolve critical defects, and be a go‑to for the team and business.
• Enable your team:
  Improve efficiency, onboard new members, remove blockers, and break down knowledge silos.
• Mentor and grow:
  Actively mentor peers, raise coding standards, and improve documentation.
• Shape the bigger picture:
  Contribute to technical roadmaps, challenge design choices, and collaborate with customers to scope new opportunities.
• Own complex problems:
  Break down large, ambiguous problems into concrete, deliverable steps and execute them to production.
• Improve processes:
  Actively look for ways to improve codebases, processes, and team efficiency.
• Consider the big picture:
  Balance cost, scalability, and performance in design decisions.
