Full Stack Software Engineer – React and Java Base pay range
Salary £75,000 - £95,000 + Excellent benefits
Location:
Central Manchester/Hybrid (3 days in office)
This will be a chance to be part of a new team being built with all the excitement of a start‑up but with none of the risks.
Required experience- Solid experience as a software engineer within modern cloud‑native environments.
- Strong development skills in at least one major language/framework (e.g., C# .NET, Node.js, React.js, Python, React).
- Understanding of AI‑First development and deployment processes.
- Experience building REST APIs, microservices, or modern frontend applications.
- Good grasp of secure coding, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Work collaboratively in an Agile squad with a focus on quality, delivery, self‑reflection and improvement.
- Experience developing with and on AI systems (AI First).
