Senior Full Stack Engineer

Chroma is currently working with a leading high-street retailer that’s expanding their development team and looking to hire a Senior Full Stack Engineer.

This role offers a salary of up to £80,000
, alongside 10% Annual Bonus
, and a hybrid working model (2–3 days per week in their Central Manchester office).

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Full Stack Software Engineer with experience in enterprise-scale environments and a passion for building exceptional digital experiences. This role offers the chance to work on mission-critical backend APIs (70%) and dynamic front-end applications (30%), leveraging modern frameworks and event-driven architecture. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team (minimum 2 years’ leadership experience required), fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
