We’re looking for a talented Mid Front-End Word Press Developer to join our team on an initial 3-month contract. This role has a strong view to becoming permanent for the right candidate. You’ll work closely with our design and development teams to deliver responsive, user-friendly, and scalable Word Press websites.

• Developing and maintaining Word Press websites with a strong focus on front-end performance and best practices.
• Translating design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive front-end code.
• Customising themes and templates to meet project requirements.
• Optimising sites for speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborating with designers, back-end developers, and project managers.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and improving existing codebases.

• 2–4 years’ experience working as a front-end developer, with solid Word Press knowledge.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with modern front-end workflows.
• Ability to customise Word Press themes and work with page builders when needed.
• Understanding of responsive and cross-browser / mobile compatible design.

• Competitive contract rate £35-40k per annum (pro rata / negotiable)
• Initial 3-month contract, with the genuine potential to transition into a permanent role.
