Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Salary - Up to £85k + bonus

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the team and contribute to building innovative, customer-facing digital products. You’ll work across both frontend and backend systems, collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high standards of delivery.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and help shape technical direction.
• Support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and best practices.

• Understanding of cloud-based development (Google Cloud Platform or similar).
• Familiarity with microservices, REST APIs, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
• Comfortable working in agile teams and delivering iteratively.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or other consumer-facing digital services is a plus.
