It’s an exciting time in our Pricing and Analytics department here at AXA UK. Our transformation programme has been relaunched, aligned to AXA Retail's new Pricing and Analytics strategy. We're investing in growing our department in size and capability, across IT systems, analytical toolset and learning and development.

• Enable the P&A department to deliver value seamlessly, efficiently and in a controlled manner, through standardised modelling, analysis and deployment workflows.
• Develop Python modelling tools, metrics to assess the value of new models and monitor the performance of existing data‑science models and machine‑learning services.
• Raise standards of software‑engineering approaches and ML processes across the department.

• Expertise leveraging software‑engineering approaches for statistical analysis and modelling problems with Python and Git.
• Attitude of continuous improvement.
• Effective collaboration with technical and non‑technical colleagues.
• Experience applying these skills in a fast‑paced, business context.
• Experience in a personal lines insurer or another regulated entity (bonus).

As a precondition of employment you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
