Are you passionate about supporting young people as they take their first steps into independent adulthood?
Purpose of the Role
To support young people leaving care as they move into independent living, acting as a Personal Advisor and ensuring they receive consistent, high-quality support.

- Full-time position
- Location: Trafford
- Pay: £19.11 per hour
- Driving licence:
Essential
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Provide Personal Advisor support in line with the Children Leaving Care Act 2000
- Complete regular visits, welfare checks, and maintain accurate case records
- Support with housing applications, budgeting, benefits, education, employment, and practical life skills
- Develop and review Pathway Plans with each young person
- Offer emotional support, guidance, and advocacy
- Work closely with housing, health, education, and community partners to deliver coordinated support
Requirements
- Experience supporting young people
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a caseload
- Full UK driving licence
