Deliver high-quality, strengths-based social work to children in need, on CP plans, or in care.

Complete clear, analytical assessments and plans.

Work directly with families to reduce risk and achieve lasting change.

Collaborate across multi-agency partnerships.

Represent the Local Authority in court where required.

• Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW, Degree or equivalent)
• Registered with Social Work England
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in statutory children’s social care
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation & court processes
• Confident managing risk and complex cases
• Car driver (essential)
• Enhanced DBS (Children’s Barred List) required
