• Conduct complex assessments and manage a varied caseload while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users in line with current legislation and standards.
• Liaise effectively with a range of multi-agency partners to deliver integrated service user outcomes.
• Provide expert guidance and support to junior staff and contribute to team development.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording and reporting of information in accordance with organisational policies.

• A degree or equivalent qualification in social work is essential.
• Current registration with Social Work England

• Extensive experience in frontline social services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker, bringing expertise and insight to the role.
